We haven't been there yet, but we certainly will. Samovar is a Russian restaurant just around the corner from us. Their flyers boast: "The world might have been battered by the financial crisis, but not us!"
Plucky.
If you'd like to visit their site (and why wouldn't you?), it's:

The very thought of "democratic prices" is delicious!
I think you'll be "plucky" if you eat there... would be interested to know if it tastes better than it looks...
From the ad, you can't tell whether it's a restaurant or a house of ill repute.
I'm with Anonymous. Sheesh, what's with those two? They're making very, very awkward eyes at each other.
My favourite dish is what appears to be cold, bisected hotdog resting between cold boiled potatoes. Or something.
I dare you to try it. I double dare you. PHYSICAL CHALLENGE.
It was meeee!
PHYSICAL CHALLENGE! If I were there, I'd do it, provided I didn't have to pay for it... I'm sure that we can all pool together some funds via pay pal for you to try it. Or would that dish have been discontinued?
Go check! Make sure you puff out your under-chin, and make faces like a pooch in a luxury dogfood commercial; you'll probably get better service that way.

PS: SHE'S MARRIED! Scandal! Or maybe there's some Russian husband & wife / home-setting theme we're missing in the voiceover?
With low, low prices of "between £2.90 and £5.90", I think we can swing it without the paypal.
We'll do it. For everybody.
Be careful. Remember how you suffered at the hands of Waffle House.
WHAT is that look she gives him at 0:42? She goes from all mushy to you-make-me-sick in a microsecond!
