We have a place now

We have a place now. It's ours. We are the ones who live there. We pay a landlord rent so we can live there.

These are things we can now say with a clear conscience. We will be moving into our flat in Greenwich this Tuesday. I have no photos as of yet, but I'm sure Shelley will take some photos as soon as she can. We really like the place. It's in a really quiet, leafy green spot, across the road from Greenwich Park. And Greenwich (according to us) is one of the hippest places in Foggy London Town.

I'd now like to take this opportunity to pay tribute to Anne and Fred, those magnanimous beings, those creatures of kindness, who have harboured us here for more time than I feel comfortable calculating. Thank you. Even though you don't read blogs.

Did you just do that because I told you to hurry up about a second ago??

Woo hoo, keep enough floor spare for two bodies won't you? :-)

No, I actually just posted it and then saw your comment. Strange.

Now we just have to find something for you guys to sleep on. We're keeping an eye out for mattresses left for council pick-up.

See you soon!

Hurrah! This is very exciting.

I want your new address pronto. And phone number.

(For anyone who doesn't know, I'm their sister – not a stalker.)

A really quiet, leafy green spot in the hippest part of town will do us just fine. Good luck with the hunt for a old mattress from a dumpster - we arn't fussy!

Congratulations guys! Finally, a good reason to go to Grenwich, other than just to set my watch...

I want to set my watch in Greenwich.

I also want to be as magnanimous as Anne and Fred.

Life is full of disappointment...

And Jules, no Seven Things?

Why... you... little...

(that came out in a homer simpson voice in my head. perhaps I should keep things like that to myself.)

One will need address and phone numbers so that another one can get cd's of wedding photos. Surely your up to the aust part of your trip!!! (I really just want a wedding photo on the net and don't have my own website....)

5 months, Jules, since you didn't care to calculate it yourself.

And Hel, sure, we'd all love to be as magnanimous as Anne and Fred - but it comes at a price, clearly. Just the same as I would do anything to dance like Michael Jackson, except practice.

Did I say that aloud?
