Not Squid, Not Happy

Shelley was cutting up the squid we bought at Billingsgate Market yesterday when she discovered something altogether un-squid-like.

We assumed he'd be pleased to see us, but he just looked angry. I suppose it's a frustrating way to go.

    I imagine you had to pay squid prices for the extra fishy weight inside? Perhaps it is a little market trick!

    Unfortunately I cut his tail off- I was blindly cutting through the squid before I saw my fishy friend. Lucky I didn't cut a couple of centimeters higher!
