Surely an advertisement for bi-lingual schools does not require such nightmarish imagery.
My translation of this is: DIGITAL TELEVISION — the fingers in the nose. But I remain puzzled.
Whatever that last sign really means (and my French major suggests I probably should know), I prefer your translation.
