It may not look like much, but at least it's a start.
This winter has been particularly grueling, even for the most stoic of Britons. Five months of sub-zero temperatures, little to no direct sunlight (no, I'm not talking about nighttime) and condensation issues capable of solving a small country's fresh-water shortages - these things can really grind a person down.
But it won't be long now until London is ready to support life again.
